I help teams turn clear priorities into shipped work. I narrow scope, break large initiatives into useful increments, and work through technical decisions and dependencies so engineers can keep moving. I make bugs and operational improvements part of delivery so they don’t keep slowing us down.

I give engineers context and room to own decisions, while staying involved where I can help. I want the team to become less dependent on me over time, with more people able to lead projects, coordinate across teams, and shape technical direction.

I develop people through meaningful work. I create opportunities to take on greater scope, coach along the way, and make their contributions visible.

During change, I listen first, then establish direction. I make ownership and tradeoffs explicit so the team knows what matters, what can wait, and what it can commit to delivering.

Before software, I was a music producer, translating ideas into sounds that made people happy. Building products draws on that same instinct: making something people connect with and enjoy using.
